Supporting our clients in accessing the community for services e.g. GP, Dentist, Hospital, Hairdresser appointments.
Guiding clients on safety in the community, supporting clients to build relations and interact with the local environment with independence.
Relationships
Encouraging regular contact with family to support positive relationships, establishing friendships and developing relations and social skills.
